Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for driving collections across multiple sources to reduce outstanding dues and maintain client relationships.

In this role, you will monitor delinquency by bucket and DPD, focusing on non-starters and defaulting accounts. You will also resolve client discrepancies, process refunds, and manage account adjustments efficiently.

To succeed in this position, you will need to coordinate with tracing teams, legal support, and sales to recover dues and assets. A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, but not required. Experience in collections and customer account monitoring is essential, as well as knowledge of compliance and audit procedures in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
