Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about media relations and want to be part of a dynamic team that shapes public discourse and opinion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage media coordination, develop media briefs, document feedback structures, and build a solid media network
  • Set the media narrative and public debate agenda
  • Engage with journalists at state and national levels for media coordination and interactions
  • Develop and maintain a healthy media network, representing the organisation or client confidently
  • Produce content for social and digital media channels
  • Develop communication goals, objectives, and plans to drive overall media strategy
  • Degree Control: Measure and present media narrative shaping results

Skill Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in media or related industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR/Media Management or relevant fields
  • Proficiency in media structures, politics, and current affairs
  • Ability to prioritise and organise daily work, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desirable: Proficiency in Telugu
