Digital Fault Tolerance Engineering Manager

Job Description:

The Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) Engineering Manager will lead the development and implementation of DFT concepts in our designs.

Responsibilities include managing a team of engineers, developing and implementing new technologies, and ensuring high-quality designs that meet customer requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new DFT concepts and technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT capabilities into our products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in DFT design and verification, preferably with knowledge of synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, shell, and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in English language and ability to work in an international team.

Preferred Skills:

Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus, but not required. We are open to hearing from professionals with diverse skill sets.
