We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive to oversee the stability and compliance of our ServiceNow platform. This role involves administration, configuration, and optimization of the GRC modules.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow platform including GRC modules">
  • Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments">
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects">
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems">
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis">
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability">
  • Support audits and compliance reporting">
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches">
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency">
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks">
">Required Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience">
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules">
  • Certifications (Mandatory): ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation">
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution">
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes">
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes">
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management">
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus">
