We are seeking talented professionals to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational, and technical GRC initiatives across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Leadership Roles
    • Lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally
    • Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions
    • Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap
    • Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management
Consulting Roles
  • ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant
    • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture
    • Oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security
    • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams
Implementation Roles
  • ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant
    • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance)
    • Translate business requirements into workflows
    • Support testing, training, and go-live activities
    • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)
Analytical Roles
  • GRC / Risk & Compliance Analyst
    • Maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation
    • Support audits, evidence collection, and control testing
    • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps)
    • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
