Job Title: Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in governance, risk management and compliance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective GRC frameworks, policies and controls that align with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and Maintaining GRC Frameworks: Develop and implement GRC frameworks, policies and controls that are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Risk Assessments and Gap Analyses: Conduct regular risk assessments, gap analyses and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance documentation for ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and other relevant standards.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with audit teams and facilitate external assessments to ensure timely completion.
  • Regulatory Updates: Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and controls.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC, IT Risk or Compliance.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Tamil (both spoken and written).
  • Risk Management: Sound understanding of risk management frameworks and standards.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 LA, CISA, CRISC etc.
