Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your primary focus will be on proactively engaging with clients to understand their requirements and providing exceptional service to help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.

You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and development, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective strategies and solutions.


In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.


You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with clients to establish financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Understanding client requirements and developing personalized plans to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement effective strategies and solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role or sector (BFSI)
  • AMFI, IRDA, and PMS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
