  • Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, registering, filing returns, and implementing necessary updates to ensure compliance with changing tax laws and regulations. Periodic reviews and audits will be conducted to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • GST Compliance:

Overseeing all aspects of GST compliance, including registration, filing returns, and ensuring timely payments is crucial. The specialist must implement necessary updates to ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations.

  • TDS Compliance:

The specialist will manage TDS compliance processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns. Monitoring TDS rates, deductions, and exemptions as per the Income Tax Act is essential, and accurate TDS calculations must be ensured.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA Inter or B.com/M.com with CA Firm Experience
  • Knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax provisions and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
