Senior Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, overseeing operational strategy and execution.

  • Ensure seamless operations across various businesses and locations.

  • Oversee financial performance and budgeting processes.

  • Engage with key stakeholders and maintain strong industry relationships.

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Over 25 years of experience in senior operational roles, managing multiple sites. At least 5 years should be spent as Head of Ops or COO, executing new projects.
  • Open to working in Mumbai.
  • Should come from industries such as Auto Tier 1, Machinery, Heavy Engineering, or mechanical sectors.
  • Has worked in promoter-led setups and has an agile management style.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with ambiguity, fluidity, and change.
