Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Professional

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to lead and implement effective Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute EHS policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement Mission Zero Harm initiatives to minimize environmental impact and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
  • Analyze data to measure performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Engage employees in EHS training programs and promote a culture of sustainability.
  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
