Job Title: Project Manager

Lead and drive the execution of utility-scale solar power projects, overseeing EPC contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution within defined quality and safety parameters.

  • Develops project execution strategies, schedules, and ensures alignment with stakeholders.
  • Coodinates with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Drives risk management, cost control, and resource optimization for efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leads and manages the execution of utility-scale solar power projects.
  2. Develops project execution strategies, schedules, and ensures alignment with stakeholders.
  3. Oversees EPC contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution within defined quality and safety parameters.
  4. Coodinates with engineering, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  5. Drives risk management, cost control, and resource optimization for efficient project delivery.
  6. Ensures strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Fosters strong stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external partners.
  8. Provides leadership, mentoring, and development to site execution teams.
  9. Prepares and presents project status reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or MBA preferred.
  • 12–20 years of experience in project execution within the power/renewables sector, with at least 7–10 years in solar projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large utility-scale solar projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contracts.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and renewable energy compliances.
