We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth through strategic partnerships, digital campaigns, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across multiple digital channels to drive app downloads, engagement, and subscriber growth.
  • Conceptualize and launch impactful influencer-led campaigns that resonate with families and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, content creation, and branded content to ensure alignment with our mission and brand voice.
  • Stay abreast of parenting content trends, competitor best practices, and influencer strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with parenting experts, influencers, and agencies to create authentic and trusted brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with influencers and agencies while ensuring brand value.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing/brand partnerships, preferably in D2C, parenting, edtech, or wellness apps/brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, especially in parenting and lifestyle audiences.
  • Ability to independently drive campaigns end-to-end with minimal direction.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencer management capabilities.
  • Data-driven with proven experience in ROI measurement, reporting, and optimization.
