Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary:

At Katyayani Organics, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing a team of digital marketing professionals, and optimizing the performance of all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including specialists in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, engagement, and lead generation
  • Develop strategies to increase organic traffic through SEO best practices
  • Manage paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to maximize conversions while maintaining a positive ROI
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice
  • Manage the company's social media presence, optimizing it for audience engagement and growth
  • Use web analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities
  • Generate reports to share insights with senior management and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the customer journey on digital platforms
  • Use A/B testing and other methods to enhance website and campaign performance, increasing conversion rates
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, technology providers, and other partners
  • Evaluate new digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies that could benefit the organization
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal guidelines, including data protection regulations
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices across the department
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B or D2C digital marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms or experience in online sales strategies
