About this role:
This Production Support Coordinator position oversees the daily operations and support of production systems, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance. This includes managing the release process, coordinating with solutions architects, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in production support, release management, or a related field, with strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. They should also be familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and technical proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring production systems, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to resolve production incidents promptly.
- Maintaining documentation of production issues, solutions, and best practices.
- Conducting root cause analysis of recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes
- Developing and maintaining release schedules for all production systems.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in production support, release management, or a related field.
