Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our production environment.

You will work closely with our development teams to design, build, and operate production environments for our SaaS platform. Your primary focus will be on managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters and developing Infrastructure-as-Code to orchestrate production and development environments.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also lead incident management and root cause analysis to reduce Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR). You will collaborate with research teams to enhance architecture and improve service reliability.

As a system reliability engineer, you will have excellent communication and prioritization skills, be able to grasp new technologies quickly, and lead in high-scale production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer
  • Strong cloud expertise
  • Infrastructure automation skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go
