About the Role

We are seeking a skilled individual who can design, develop, and implement cutting-edge psychometric tools using AI-driven innovations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects, with advanced knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design and integrate AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.

Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement.

Produce detailed technical documentation for customised tools.

Requirements

Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.

Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Technical:

  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication.
