Role Overview:This position reports directly to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and plays a key role in partnering to identify, design, and implement impactful training programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify organizational training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and collaboration with business leaders and branch heads.
- Design and develop effective training programs and modules in coordination with functional heads.
- Schedule and conduct training sessions tailored to business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, discussions, and performance reviews.
- Continuously update and revise programs to reflect industry trends and business changes.
- Conduct market research to identify reputable training institutes/colleges (India & abroad) and recommend strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development.
- Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.
- Over 10 years of proven success in the learning and development domain.
