Job Title: Appraisal Quality Reviewer

Overview of the Role:

This is a detail-oriented and analytical role, requiring excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of appraisal reports to identify discrepancies or red flags.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams or appraisers to clarify or correct any issues identified.
  • Review market data to validate appraiser conclusions, including comparable sales, listings, and subject property details.
  • Ensure all required exhibits (photos, maps, sketches) are present and accurate.
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate and resolve critical issues.

Experience with specific appraisal forms such as 1004, 1025, 1073, 2055, and 1004C is preferred.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in appraisal quality review.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Candidates with an immediate to one month notice period are acceptable.
