About the Job
The Senior IAM Consultant is responsible for implementing Identity and Access Management solutions. They will work on customer projects, collaborating with Engagement Leads and Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will be well-versed in your area of expertise and focus on delivering high-quality solutions. You will provide subject matter expertise during consulting engagements, assessing, defining, installing, and configuring clients' security capabilities.
- Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management.
- Deliver technical implementation projects.
- Help gather business and technical requirements from customers.
- Provide input to functional and technical design.
- Ensure that the technical solution meets customer requirements and performs as designed.
- Create customer delivery documentation, such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans, and run books.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, developing client-focused proposals and running technical PoCs.
- Work closely with project managers and engagement managers to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Identify new and existing customer opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the IAM center of excellence.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Senior IAM Consultant, you will need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint.
- Installation and configuration expertise.
- Developing lifecycle workflows experience.
- Onboarding applications with automated provisioning experience.
- Configuring reports and dashboards experience.
- RBAC and Access Reviews experience.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
- Java or BeanShell and PowerShell experience required.
- Experience with web technologies (XML, SPML, Web Services, SOAP/REST, web, and application servers).
- Installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms experience.
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
