Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operational efficiency.">
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.">
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and business teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.">
  • Support new store openings and new hire onboarding with structured training rollouts.">
  • Regularly assess training effectiveness through assessments, on-floor observation, and performance metrics.">
  • Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.">
  • Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior insights, and retail innovations.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail or a related field.">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.">
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.">
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.">
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.">
