Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and receipt of goods. Your ability to maintain accurate records, manage stock audits, and ensure compliance with company policies will be essential to your success in this role.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in procurement and purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating approvals. You will work closely with vendors and suppliers to develop strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Control inventory levels, perform stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle procurement and purchasing processes in line with company requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals from management.
  • Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
