Job Overview:- Leads collaborative discussions with venue owners to identify opportunities for mutual growth, negotiating contracts that drive measurable results.
- Effectively communicates complex ideas to diverse audiences, adapting presentation styles as needed.
- Remains knowledgeable about local market trends, including key drivers and competitors.
- Efficiently manages a group of accounts, prioritizing business expansion opportunities.
- Works closely with venue partners to integrate services, developing contracts that meet their needs.
- Conducts market research, comparing our offerings to those of competitors.
- Resolves contract-related issues both internally and externally.
- Maintains accurate records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Develops in-depth geographical knowledge of assigned markets and possesses a strong affinity for travel.
- Establishes comprehensive plans for each account, driving strategic decision-making.
- Identifies opportunities to partner with hotels, expanding our business reach.
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with partner hotels, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Cultivates expertise in our extranet and online business tools, providing training and support to hotel staff.
- Reviews monthly production reports, offering feedback to top-performing hotels.
- Executes market visits, negotiates deals, and showcases successful partnerships on our platforms.
- Monitors, evaluates, and reports on individual accounts and market progress toward weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Extracts valuable insights to inform future business strategies.
- Ensures rate and inventory competitiveness, maintaining a competitive edge.
- Follows up on expiring contracts, ensuring timely renewals or replacements.
- Participates in regular market review meetings, staying informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Conducts regular competitive analyses for key markets, identifying action opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
