Service Management Opportunities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the service team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests, planning and monitoring preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, coordinating with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs for service requirements, and driving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the service team to achieve exceptional results
  • Resolve customer complaints and service requests efficiently and effectively
  • Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong leadership and communication skillset to motivate and engage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical or electrical engineering to troubleshoot and repair equipment
