As a seasoned application delivery specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless software deployment and support within customer environments.

About the Role

This critical position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application packaging solutions that meet stringent service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Windows client operating systems, including Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft Defender, and the Microsoft Intune product family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient application packaging strategies to streamline delivery processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex application issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce SLA guidelines for application packaging services.
  • Leverage expertise in PowerShell scripting and VB scripting to automate installation processes and improve overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of MSI and MSIX packaging frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and AD Group Policies.
  • Intermediate-level PowerShell scripting skills and basic-level VB scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune product family, including Microsoft Configuration Manager, with a focus on application creation, integration, and deployment.
