The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Proficiency in design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Oracle RDBMS.
  • Leading the architecture and implementation of backend components to support our software applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implementing best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
  • Driving the adoption of Agile development methodologies and participating in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Owning and driving features/projects to successful completion.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and support.
