Design Consultant for Commercial Interiors

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Design Consultant for Commercial Interiors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and objectives, and develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect their brand and values. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients, creating functionally beautiful spaces that inspire productivity and collaboration.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can think creatively and strategically, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. If you have a passion for interior design and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to our team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Design Concepts: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop comprehensive design concepts that meet their expectations.
  2. Design Workplace Interiors: Create functionally beautiful spaces that inspire productivity and collaboration, using your expertise in interior design principles and best practices.
  3. Communicate Effectively: Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that design concepts are clearly communicated and understood.
  4. Manage Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience required in commercial interior design.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • Skill Set: Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
