Role Description

We are seeking a
talented and creative Interior Designer
to join our team. This is a
full-time hybrid role
, combining in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Development
    : Create
    innovative and functional interior designs
    that align with client requirements and project objectives.
  • Space Planning
    : Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations to optimize space utilization.
  • Client Consultation
    : Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, ensuring a tailored design approach.
  • Material & Color Selection
    : Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that complement the overall design aesthetic.
  • Project Coordination
    : Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget & Timeline Management
    : Maintain project budgets and schedules while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay Updated on Trends
    : Research and implement the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience
    in residential and/or commercial interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in design software like
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    space planning, color theory, and material selection
    .
  • Creative mindset
    with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects
    and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering
    high-quality design solutions
    .
