Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time role, combining in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Development: Create innovative and functional interior designs that align with client requirements and project objectives.
  • Space Planning: Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations to optimize space utilization.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, ensuring a tailored design approach.
  • Material & Color Selection: Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor that complement the overall design aesthetic.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Maintain project budgets and schedules while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Research and implement the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit.
  • Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
