Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

You will engage with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and architect robust solutions using OMP platform, from design through deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements
  • Designing and configuring OMP modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling)
  • Validating and testing functional components to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Leading solution workshops, user training, and change management
  • Partnering with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
  • Experience with OMP or comparable planning tools is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to solve real-world business problems
Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with clients to identify and address their supply chain pain points, developing innovative solutions that drive business growth, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Gathering and analyzing data on client supply chains
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans and achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
