We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

  • Ensure timely production as per industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production progress, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks that may impact production schedules or product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience working in supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Implement efficient workflows and processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve supply chain operations.
