About the Role:

Exide Energy Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Factory Logistics Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventories, allocating manpower, and ensuring zero stock variance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage adequate inventories of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables according to the production plan.
  • Issue materials from various warehouses to production using materials handling equipment such as RGV, AGV, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors, etc.
  • Allocate manpower for kitting/de-palletizing, palletising/packing, material issues, internal scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain and issue personal protective equipment (PPEs) and consumables.
