Job Title:

  E-commerce Operations Manager.

  Job Summary: The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring seamless execution across multiple marketplaces. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace and Omni-Channel Operations:  Monitor marketplace performance, conduct seasonal analysis, review sales performance, and share insights in weekly review meetings. Assist with promotions and partner reconciliation processes.
  • Warehouse and Inventory Management:  Manage warehouse operations, coordinate with 3PL partners, perform stock checks, maintain SOH reports, track stock status, and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands. Coordinate with warehouse teams for inward/outward stock movement and onboard new partners.
  • Reporting and Process Management:  Compile sales data, prepare brand-wise performance reports, support compiling Order Indents, and report metrics across brands. Participate in weekly operations review meetings to ensure smooth order execution.

  Requirements:

  This role requires a graduate degree in any discipline and 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations. Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms is essential. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to work with internal teams and external partners.
