Infrastructure Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to lead our technical team. With 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and expertise in AWS, GoAnywhere, and MFT tools, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading by example, providing consultancy and solutions to customers, driving technical discussions, and identifying areas for automation.

The selected individual will have strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in troubleshooting level 3 issues for various technologies. Additionally, they will possess in-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline management using GitHub Actions, as well as programming skills in Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Technical Requirements:

  • AWS Cloud expertise.
  • DevOps and pipeline using GitHub Actions.
  • Python programming language knowledge.
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, and Connect:Direct.
  • Understanding of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ and load balancers.
  • Certificate management involving CSR generation, issuance, implementation, and validation.
