**Job Title:** Senior Role Research and Advisory Services

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead strategic research and advisory initiatives that inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of digital payments platforms and products. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms. This includes analyzing market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives, representing the organization in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups, and facilitating coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across various business segments, markets, etc., by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with different stakeholders.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with regulatory norms and global best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.
  • MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute
