Job Title: Sr. Site Construction Manager
As a key member of our team, you will lead the installation and testing of complex systems supplied by us. This role requires site leadership, client coordination, and timely project delivery with a focus on quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and supervise construction activities.
  • Verify foundation readiness, alignment, and installation quality.
  • Lead pre-commissioning checks, testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and fabrication teams for execution support.
  • Manage and supervise site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality norms, project specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Handle client interactions at the site and facilitate smooth handover after commissioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise in construction and commissioning of industrial equipment.
  • Able to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction and commissioning of heavy equipment/material handling systems/pollution control systems/industrial plants.

Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel extensively and handle site responsibilities independently.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects is an advantage.

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
