Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rigger Supervisor to lead our rigging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee the rigging crew and ensure safe lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy loads.
  • Plan and coordinate rigging operations, including determining the best methods and equipment to use for specific tasks.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to rigging crew members, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Inspect rigging equipment and tools for proper functioning and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in rigging operations, with a strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety protocols.
  • Valid certification as a Rigger and relevant safety training (e.g., OSHA).
  • Proficient in operating rigging equipment such as cranes, hoists, and slings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
