Job Description:

As a Workforce Management Director, you will lead a team of professionals who drive solutions and strategies that maximize efficiency and maintain employee and customer satisfaction. You will partner with Operations teams to leverage your subject matter expertise in metrics, reporting, and data analysis to determine the best use of time, people, and systems to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Workforce Plans: Collaborate with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans that support business growth and scalability.
  • Forecast Staffing Requirements: Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and service level agreements.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients on volume and headcount planning, as well as WFM metrics discussion.
  • Process Optimization: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in workforce management practices. Leverage technology to automate and streamline processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in workforce management, including 6 years in a leadership role within a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and reporting tools.
