Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support project evaluations and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Produce comprehensive reports that synthesize findings from data analyses and research activities.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing analytical insights that contribute to project design and execution.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to interpret data findings and implement recommendations effectively.
  • Help develop the skills of junior staff in data analysis techniques and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or data science from a recognized institution.
  • Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, preferably within research or consulting environments.
