Job Summary:


We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of data. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Conduct data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, goals, and reporting needs.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and maintaining data validation processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, data automation, and optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in ad hoc data requests and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data in a simple and meaningful way.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with database management and querying (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
