Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Bench Sales Marketer. The Bench Sales Marketer will be working closely with the bench candidates, and understanding the talent pool and then trying to find and submit them for matching contract position. This role will require them to create to contacts with vendor or clients and built strong relationships with them to be on their HOTLIST of requirements.
The hours will be US working hours, which will be roughly 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.
General responsibilities for US IT bench sales specialist:
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them. The bench marketer will understand the client's requirements and tailor Asta’s services accordingly.
- Work with bench candidates to ensure that they are a good fit for the role. This might involve conducting interviewing and assessing the candidate's skills.
- Submit the matching candidate's resume to the client for consideration. To do this the bench marketer will need to be proficient in preparing the candidate's resume, writing a cover letter, and following up with the client to ensure that the submission has been received.
- If the client shows interest in the candidate, the bench sales marketer needs to negotiate the terms of the contract, including the rate, duration, and other contractual terms.
- Bench sales marketers need to maintain good relationships with their clients to secure future business. This is achieved by ensuring that the consultants they have placed are performing well on the project. This involves regular communication with the client and the consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Search for clients and vendors who have potential contract positions to be filled
- Submit bench candidate profiles to the client/Vendor and work with them to get a rate confirmation
- Create resumes for bench candidates for roles like Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, etc.
- Involved in the complete cycle of IT Staffing Sales Marketing which includes fully understanding the client needs and submitting a match Consultant profile.
- Negotiate rates for with client/vendor based on candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and a get feedback for them and provides it to the candidate and the recruitment team
- Maintain constant contact and develop a relationship with Vendors and consultants.
Job Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience doing US Staffing Bench Sales
Independent worker with a “Go get it” attitude who can work with little to no direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have working knowledge of the IT domains
Good understanding of the IT staffing industries.
Knowledgeable in tax terms like C2C , W2 & 1099.
Experience or knowledge of working visas like USC, GC, H1B, TN, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT, GC EAD and H1B-Transfers
Extensive experience in job search using Active & Passive methods i.e. Active (Indeed, Dice, Monster) & Passive (, & Google search, Facebook, )
Solid ability to develop rapport with both clients and candidates.
