Role Summary:

To enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth, we are seeking a skilled OEM Sales Professional to focus on OEM Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Improve customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  2. Generate new business opportunities through existing contacts.
  3. Enhance share of business through strategic planning.
  4. Develop and implement mid-term, annual, and monthly plans.
  5. Ensure sales forecasting accuracy and achieve sales targets.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and define company strategy.
  7. Manage customer credit control and collections.
  8. Implement and maintain quality systems like TS-16949 and ISO-14001.
  9. Optimize order-to-cash processes for improved productivity.

Performance Indicators:

  1. Customer vendor rating.
  2. Vendor Awards.
  3. No. of complaints received.
  4. Customer visit.
  5. Closing of open issues as per target.
  6. VOC meeting.
  7. Customer engagement program.
  8. No. of RFQs generated.
  9. No. of orders finalised.
  10. Opportunity sale loss.
  11. Monitoring of industry trend.
  12. Timely submission of sales plan.
  13. Monitoring and control of sales plan.
  14. Variation in sales plan vs actual.
  15. Budgeted sales v/s actual.
  16. Share of business & Loss in sales.
  17. 3C report.
  18. Competitor share of business.
  19. Competitor activity at customer end.
  20. Competitor technology & product upgradation.
  21. Payment receipt.
  22. Collection of C-forms.
  23. Customer outstanding and overdue.
  24. Bad debt and payment at rest.
  25. Number of Non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • B. Tech./B.E. is must have qualification.
  • MBA- Marketing (can have).
  • Automotive/Auto Component background.
