Role Summary:
To enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth, we are seeking a skilled OEM Sales Professional to focus on OEM Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Generate new business opportunities through existing contacts.
- Enhance share of business through strategic planning.
- Develop and implement mid-term, annual, and monthly plans.
- Ensure sales forecasting accuracy and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and define company strategy.
- Manage customer credit control and collections.
- Implement and maintain quality systems like TS-16949 and ISO-14001.
- Optimize order-to-cash processes for improved productivity.
Performance Indicators:
- Customer vendor rating.
- Vendor Awards.
- No. of complaints received.
- Customer visit.
- Closing of open issues as per target.
- VOC meeting.
- Customer engagement program.
- No. of RFQs generated.
- No. of orders finalised.
- Opportunity sale loss.
- Monitoring of industry trend.
- Timely submission of sales plan.
- Monitoring and control of sales plan.
- Variation in sales plan vs actual.
- Budgeted sales v/s actual.
- Share of business & Loss in sales.
- 3C report.
- Competitor share of business.
- Competitor activity at customer end.
- Competitor technology & product upgradation.
- Payment receipt.
- Collection of C-forms.
- Customer outstanding and overdue.
- Bad debt and payment at rest.
- Number of Non-conformities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- B. Tech./B.E. is must have qualification.
- MBA- Marketing (can have).
- Automotive/Auto Component background.
