As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee our operations in West India.


Position Overview:

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of West India operations. This role involves ensuring that company standards are met, driving sales growth, managing a team of sales partners activated, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in regional management, and the ability to effectively implement strategic plans.


Key Responsibilities:


- Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the region.

- Ensure that company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied.

- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.


- Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the region.

- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth.


- Marketing Initiatives

- Plan and implement on ground marketing strategies such as shop branding, demo centres

- Regularly interact with reseller partners to activate marketing plans

- Implement company introduced marketing initiatives in region as needed


- Customer Service:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

- Develop and implement customer service initiatives and improvements.


- Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability.


- Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on regional performance, including sales, expenses, and operational metrics.

- Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.



Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 4+ years of experience in regional management or a similar leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Ability to travel within the region


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in IT / Consumer tech/ electronic/ Consumer appliance products sales.

- Knowledge of distribution and offline sales channel development.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

-Candidate with experience of networking product sales to channel is preferred
