As a key player in driving creative excellence, this role plays a pivotal part in crafting captivating narratives that resonate with audiences and propel business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Crafting innovative ideas for multiple brands across diverse sectors, from campaign strategy to scriptwriting and content creation.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to develop compelling concepts for pitches and showcasing them to clients.
  • Presenting comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and scripts to clients on behalf of any brand.
  • Maintaining high standards of creativity, ensuring top-notch quality and researching opportunities for recognition within the industry.
  • Reporting to the Creative Director for overall direction, feedback, and references on campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinating daily with the Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on various tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Providing visual guidance to the design team on ideas and concepts generated by their team.
  • Breaking down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smoother and more efficient process.
  • Managing revisions based on internal or external feedback and adhering to realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Actively participating throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively.
