Process Engineering Expertise Sought

We are seeking an accomplished Chemical Process Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize process internals to enhance mass transfer and separation efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough process simulations and calculations for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing compatibility.
  • Perform hydraulic and thermodynamic calculations to recommend suitable process configurations.
  • Provide technical support and customer consultations to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot operational issues to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of advancements in process engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in process design, mass transfer, or related field.
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or ChemCAD is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of distillation, absorption, extraction, and phase separation principles.
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, thermodynamics, and pressure drop calculations.
  • Experience with technical drawings and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
