About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire production process from design to delivery in our dynamic leather industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from initial inquiries to final shipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards.
  • Source materials, components, and accessories, identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitoring progress and highlighting any potential issues.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams, negotiating quantities, timelines, and pricing strategies.
  • Document orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in product development, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage inventory levels, optimizing stock turnover and minimizing waste to improve overall efficiency.
  • Implement merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and channel partners to ensure long-term success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same field, preferably in leather manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship-building, to drive collaboration and success.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, and an understanding of leather manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with different types of leather, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices to drive expertise and innovation.
