About this role: We are seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless production and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute production plans, monitoring progress and meeting targets.
  • Prepare and review production documents for new products, adhering to QA guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of approved manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train production personnel, fostering a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Manage the complete production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
