Chocolate Production Team Leader

We are looking for an passionate chocolate or confectionery professional who can work hands-on in chocolate production while also leading and managing a small production team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being actively involved in the making process and also has the skills to guide, motivate, and organize a team for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the production process — tempering, molding, decorating, and packaging.
- Lead, guide, and train production staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Oversee daily production schedules and meet order deadlines.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the workspace.
- Monitor quality control at every stage of production.
- Manage raw material usage and coordinate with procurement for stock needs.
- Collaborate on new product development and seasonal launches.
Requirements:
- Experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food production.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Passion for chocolate-making and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of tempering, molding, and other chocolate production techniques.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically able to perform hands-on production work.
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + performance bonuses.
- Monday to Saturday, day shift.
