Product Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a Product Consultant to join our team. As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating our products to customers, installing and configuring them on-site, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Caliber products to Customers
  • On-site build Installations and configurations
  • Ensure thorough understanding of the customer requirements
  • Assist delivery lead in Project kickoff and project planning
  • Execution of UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test)
  • Execution of Installation Qualification protocol
  • Train the end-users on Caliber Products
  • Installation of production build and Database maintenance plan creation
  • Onsite support and customer call handling
  • Reproduce the reported issues or test case at offshore
  • Patch updating and maintenance
  • Installation of training, UAT and production builds
  • Execution of Operational Qualification
  • Support to customer on PQ execution
  • Interface Configurations
