Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Solutions Expert. As a key member of our delivery team, you will possess advanced knowledge of the D365 products and various tools. Your responsibilities will include leading solution design sessions, assisting with configuration, data migration deliverables, interface design documents, and functional design documents. You will also troubleshoot customizations and perform business and systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delight customers with exceptional service and manage customer relationships to achieve mutual goals.
  • Utilize business process knowledge to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements.
  • Run workshops on business processes and system design.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide training to clients on the effective use of the D365 products.
