Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills, strong content writing and editing abilities, and proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, both independently and in teams, and demonstrated success in achieving established goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies and execution plans for forthcoming projects and events.
  • Lead last-mile execution and coordination with external agencies and platforms, including digital partners, PR agencies, and social media platforms for promotions and brand visibility.
  • Oversee and execute brand integrations, partnerships, and collaborations for events.
  • Maintain a content calendar, strategize content pieces, and ensure approvals for our digital presence.
  • Liaise with agencies to ensure all content is well-written, grammatically accurate, and published on time across digital platforms.
  • Manage all digital assets and ensure proper upkeep of social media handles, creative libraries, and brand collaterals.
  • Run lead optimization: call and follow up with leads, ensuring conversions are tracked and reported.
  • Oversee company PR activities to ensure consistent brand positioning.
  • Support and curate website updates with new events, news, and PR activities (maintenance already in place).
  • Identify great content opportunities, ensure alignment with brand tone, and amplify through the right channels.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, provide insights against established goals.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields, 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles (preferably in events, entertainment, or lifestyle industries), and mandatory prior experience in the wedding industry.
